School Support - Computing

With over twelve years teaching and school management experience, and eight as ICT Co-ordinator/Manager, Gecko Learning's Director, James Passmore, is well placed to support your school's Computing Curriculum needs.

James is Pickwick Learning Teaching School Alliance's Co-ordinator www.pltsa.co.uk as well as Corsham Primary School's ICT Manager www.corshamprimary.co.uk

The Government's new Computing Curriculum and the shift in focus towards programming and coding has left many schools unsure about how to plan and deliver their ICT-based curriculum.

We have a track record of supporting schools, providing a range of consultancy services from helping audit current practice and provision, through curriculum writing, advising on software and hardware, to training and staff development.

For support in auditing, planning and writing your new computing curriculum, training staff, running pupil workshops and considering resources, contact us: info@geckolearning.co.uk

"Gecko Learning has been instrumental in supporting me with leadership of ICT in my school. We performed an audit of our current provision in terms of hardware, software and teaching and learning, forming a clear picture of what to address next. James was able to draw on years of experience and an obvious passion for ICT which was motivating and inspiring."
